Shipping policy
Orders placed before 12PM CST on business days will be shipped out same-day, after will be shipped out the next business day.
You must be available to present your ID upon UPS delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, UPS will either make another attempt the next business day or schedule a pickup at the nearest UPS store.

- FREE for orders $200+
- $11.99 for orders $20 to $199.99
- $16.99 for orders <$20
**Beverages are excluded from regular shipping calculations and subject to separate shipping rates based on weight. All beverages are shipped via UPS Ground.
- $14.99 for orders 0 to 128 oz
- $22.99 for orders 128-400 oz
- $32.99 for orders 400-800 oz
- $57.99 for orders 800-1300 oz
We do not ship to the following states
Alaska, Minnesota, Idaho, Oregon, Rhode Island & Virginia

Shipping Delays
Uforiq is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support via eMail at howdy@txherb.co or call toll-free (806) 337-2960 and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue. If UPS confirms the package is lost or they are liable for damages, we will take care of the rest and reship your order as soon as possible!
